Default Sunrider top

Is it worth the 400 bucks to upgrade to the new cloth top when ordering a 13 JK?

I think so. I have it on my 13 jk and will order it again on my next. The ease with which it folds up and down is fantastic. You also get the spring assist on the jku in that $400.

Isn't the spring assist in all 2013 soft tops?

I believe it is for the Unlimited.

The upgraded top is a bit thicker, making it quieter, and comes with the tinted windows. $400 is worth it in the long run. I find it best to go ahead and get the options you want, as its a lot easier to finance it than buy later.

Agreed. Unfortunately mine didn't come with a soft top so I'm trying to hunt down a 2013 on CL due to the new spring assist.
