Default Vacuum Pump - Can it get wet?

Is it a major issue if the vacuum pump gets a little wet bc it's exposed to the elements?

I don't think it's an issue or Jeep wouldn't have put it there in the first place. That being said, I had to relocate mine when I ditched the factory bumper and it is now located high and up underneath the hood. Grabbed this pic off the web since I don't have a shot of mine.

Thanks for the reply. I was planning on having to relocate it when I installed my winch but it fits fine... would rather leave it where it is if I can avoid messing with it.

I wonder if they put it out front to get it out of the engine bay heat.

Anyone know where the vacuum reservoir is, if there is one?
