Default Superchips Flashpaq Question

Asked this question in the Mod JK Tech section as well.

I have a 2011 JK Rubicon and just purchased the superchips flashpaq 3872. How do I activate the lockers using the flashpaq? I keep getting a message stating that this option is not available? What am I missing?? Thanks in advance!

You are missing any hope of decent support or info from Superchips. Apparently they just advertise products and make a bunch of claims, which clearly don't exist in their products and sucker folks like us to waste our money. That is a fact! There are far better options out there.

Wow, that's a hefty serving of cold truth. Couldn't you at least sprinkle some sugar on it?

Other than not being able to figure out the lockers, I have nothing bad to say about their products yet. After the 91 octane tune I have gotten gas mileage back and definently have more usable power. I'll reserve support comment for now.
