I have a 2007 Sahara 3.8 3:21 gears, 5spd trans. Is the Superchips programer worth the $$$ for the improvement. Any advice apreciated.

 

I installed one on my 08 with 3.73 and 33's and a 6 speed. It had the slow throttle taking off and I was always killing it. the programmer fixed that. I'm running the 91 octane performance tune and it pulls hill in cruise now that I used to drop 3 mph on. And I was getting 16.6 hwy, now I'm getting 18.2 running the same roads. It has more lowend and mid range power too. It really helped the drive-ability of it. Not a race car, but not the dead horse that it was... I'm happy with mine and I'd do it again.

 

FWIW, While I am fairly pleased with the performance of my SC Programmer, my experience with their support has not been very good.
