Default Supplemental brake system for towing

Trying to put a braking system on my 2017 jeep sport unlimited. I have to attach it to the brake light fuse. It looks like the book says m37 is the fuse for the brake light. I pull it the brake light still works. Am I on the wrong fuse? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

What braking system are you using? I went with a classic brake buddy system to tow my Jeep behind my rv. No need to tie into the jeeps braking system with that.

RVibrake3 is pricy, but easy install and works very well.
