Default Swapping trans cooler lines myself, any suggestions, comments, concerns????

Well I bought a 2010 4door with 72k on it, I took it to the dealer today for Softtop recall, and I wanted them to look at the trans cooler lines since they are weeping. They told me that the lines are only under warranty until 70k. I called the MOCO to see what they would do, They said that they would cut me a break, however the dealership wants 98.00 to formally diagnose the weeping lines. So i am looking at 100.00 for diagnosis plus whatever MOCO does not cover. I have done Brake lines, water pumps, coolant lines before on my old TJ and ZJ, however I have never done trans lines, is there anything I need to know? Here are my options.

1) pay the inspection fee and hope MOCO covers alot of the cost

2) I have an aftermarket warranty through the dealer I bought the jeep from, but it has a 100.00 deductable

3) do it myself.

Is it the portion of the cooler lines you can see when you look straight down behind the radiator?

Those lines are available from the dealer for about $40.

They are easily replaceable once you discover how they disconnect.
You will lose a little fluid. When I disconnected mine, I didn't lose enough to warrant a top-off.
