tail light screw clips

tail light screw clips

Hi,
i changed tail light bulbs and the clips that the two screws thread in were rusted and broke, cannot find anything compatible, any idea where i could get theses clips, tail light hanging till then, 07 wrangler

Don't know if they have these where you are, but about every nut, bolt, clip, etc. I seem to need I get at our local Ace Hardware...a decent hardware store should have them. Nothing 'special' about those clips.

Did you try Lowe's in those pull out drawers on the hardware aisle? They tend to carry an assortment of odd automotive hardware.

yes, tried lowes, its not your standard clip, looks like it pops in from behind with 4 tabs holding it, even bought a few of regular ones tried to make them work ,with no luck, still looking
