Taking a panel out

Default Taking a panel out

Does anyone know how to take off the panel thats in the trunck on the passenger side? Its a little panel in the corner right over the subwoofer? Its rattling alot and i want to puts some cushions or something to make it stop rattling. I tried pulling on it but i'm to scared to brake a clip or something else.

I dont have the sub so dont know for 100% sure, but most likely its heald in with clips like 90% of the panels in the jeep, my recommendation would be to peel the carpet back all around it and check for any screws, if there are none then it would have to be done with clips.

Its not the actual sub im trying to take oit but a little panel that is on top... Its on top of the sub in the far corner ( the last pic i posted)
