Is there a superchip out there that increases power and betters gas mileage?

It is a really handy tool. Saves money and adds performance. It also does lots of other things. You can even clear trouble codes with it.

I haven't noticed much of an increase in mpg's, they are suppose to help though. Enough noticeable power gain to make me wish I'd bought one sooner. It's great too being able to adjust when your cooling fan comes on.

I just put 34's on and a winch (among other things) Absolutely Killed power and gas mileage. Not to mention speedo off. Got Superchips Flaspaq from Amazon. Could tell a difference in HP when I pulled out of the drive. Up to 17.9 MPG now. Superchips is a must IMO.

Default Superchip

I put 35's on and lost power, gas milage, and speedo off also. Super chip flashpac $339.00 brought back my gas miles to 18 and gives the power back. Easy to program your speedometer, just asks you size tires. You can change octane levels that you want to use from 87 up to 93. 93 will give you a noticeable increase in HP. You can program shift points, ect..They have a forum just for questions about the programmers. You can only use it on One vehicle (it backs up your jeeps computer and will be locked to that vehicle). Free Updates for the unit via USB over the internet. Love it.

I just saw a post for a used one for $200. My dealer told me that depending on the settings it "could" void my warranty. I guess I'll wait a while before I get one.

Thank you Cobb, I am going to opt to buy a new one that has not been programmed into a different JEEP. I have heard that sometimes there can be problems with re using them in different JEEPS.
