Default Are there suppose to be plugs here
I am bed lining my interior while removing the carpet I found these 2 holes directly behind the driver seats so are there suppose to be plugs there

I have giant patches over those. Basically duct tape. From the factory.

Mine were open also. No plugs or patches, just some expanding foam inside the cavity.
