Default Thread/Bolt size

Ones anyone know the size bolts that are used along the windshield where a light bar bracket would run along? I'm not looking for the head size but the actual bolt size. I have some washers that are weathered and breaking off after I mounted my light bar. And I would also like to change a few bolts out with locking bolts

Chrysler is typically lacking in details in their parts manuals. That is, they provide a Chrysler PN for bolts and such, but generally no size info. The way most of us get that is to pull one out and measure it. If you don't have a thread measuring tool, suggest you take it into a hardware store and compare, then read what the bin says. If for some reason you can't do that (you're here and the Jeep's there; the only sample is missing, etc), explain that and I'm certain someone will tear into their Jeep to provide you the answer.
