Three Dash Lights diagnosis?
I'm leaning towards the BlueDriver scanner. However, before buying an ABS scanner I'm going to try the Auto-part stores "Free Scan" offers to see if they have the ability to do an ABS scan which could point me in the right direction at no cost to me.
Currently, I'm suspecting it is likely my front driver's side (L/F) speed sensor and here are the background reasons I'm currently leaning in that direction. Problem may be self inflicted.
1. Last fall, I replaced my Brakes all the way around including doing the Mopar BBK upgrade. (Replaced Rotors, Calipers, Pads, and brake lines)
2. While replacing the L/F Brake Lines, I needed to unfasten the speed sensor from the wheel.
3. While doing this, surrounding dirt around the speed sensor may have fallen into the speed sensor's mounting hole.
4. Not long after doing the brakes, (about 3 weeks) I started seeing the 3 lights turn on.
So it's possible, the L/F speed sensor could have been damaged during disassembly/reassembly, or some dirt may have fallen inside on the axle which could be impeding the performance of the speed sensor.
I'ld like to determine if it is the L/F speed sensor or not and then I will focus my repair efforts on cleaning and replacing that wheel's speed sensor. I'ld just hate to go through all that work to find out, my suspicions are all wrong.
There are 2 reliable repro scenarios where the lights turn on.
- I'm traveling on the highway between 60-70mph and move to the lane to the right of me.
- I'm moving very slow in a parking lot and make a sharp turn into a parking place.

Today, I went to Autozone. They offer free diagnostic code scanning, but their scanner did not support ABS. Right down the road was a Murray's Autoparts so I decided to check there as well. They indicated their Diagnostic scanner supported ABS scanning.
The lights weren't currently on but they plugged the scanner into my OBDII port and pulled the following codes from ABS.
C1041
Left Front Tone Wheel Performance
C1011
Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor Signal Erratic Performance
This is great!!! It's what I suspected in that it was likely the Left/Front driver's side wheel that was giving me problems. So now I can focus my attention on replacing that wheel's speed sensor and making sure everything is cleaned.

FYI - when I had my Mercury mountaineer, I discovered that I could buy an imported complete hub that already included a sensor in it for about the same price as I could buy the sensor by itself.
Sounds complicated to investigate this without knowing what to look for and an associated part number. Replacement Mopar (P/N: 68003281AC) front speed sensor purchased through local dealership cost me $17.

Thought it was 'just' the sensor with my left front but it ended up at being a worn out hub bearing causing the same 3 lights to come on & causing braking issues
Suppose after 70,000 stuff wares out especially when running larger tyres.
Replaced both front hubs that came with sensors ready installed
So initial 'cheap' fix ended up not to be.
