Default Tip: Removing Stock Fender plastic clips

I have been having a rattle in my front fender for a couple days. Not sure what it is so I decided to take it off and check it out. I ran into the plastic clips that attach the plastic wheel fender to the metal part of the fender. Long story short I didn't want to break them because they are reusable. I slipped an 8mm socket over them and poof they were out! No pliers, no screw drivers, just simple.

No if someone could tell me how to remove the inner fender to outer fender plastic clips that would be great so I can actually take off the fender

Cheers!
