Tire Question, Plus winter Tire Question.
I know its early to talk about a winter tire set up But here goes anyways.
I have the Altitude 18" rims that im thinking about adding nice summer tires, So the first question is,
What tires on a Factory suspension.
The next Question is, The tires that are coming on the Wrangler, Will they be good enough for winter Or should i look into Winter tires.

What kind of tires came on it? If they have a snowflake symbol on the side, they are true snow tires for sure. The snowflake symbol has not been completely implemented yet however, so they could also be true snow tires without it. If the tires have big open self-cleaning treads with siping, they will work well in snow.
Look up your tires on the tire maker's Web site to see what they say about them.

If you do any amount of distance or commuting you will want 4 winter tires, unless of course you look at the Goodyear Duratracs that seem to be a great all around tire. Some people are also running the Cdn tire knock off GY Territories. However, they are 17" rim tires I believe. I would do a bit of reading before you commit to something. Good luck. I will be on studded winters this year for sure.
I will highly recommend Goodyear Silent Armor tires. I had them on my '08 JKU for four and a half years. Two steel belts and one Kevlar belt. They were the best AT tires I had in the past 15 years of off roading. Good in sand, trails and moderate rocks. That being said, they are terrible in mud. On road they are the best rain, snow and ice tires I ever had. Check out the GY website and any other site that has tire comparisons and evaluations. Yes, they do make them to fit the standard P255/70R/18 Jeep JKU wheels. They are not cheap. As soon as I can save up the money I will have a set on the 2012 Sahara.
I'm in northern BC and I have dedicated winter tires for the season. All Season tires are ok in all seasons except winter. They're awful in snow and ice. Just not soft enough. Snow gets fairly deep here with lots of hard pack and ice underneath. I like my winter tires to have fairly big tread blocks to dig and claw through the thick stuff. I'm thinking of trying the Duratracs for my next winter set. I'll probably stud them, too. I've never run on studded tires before and want to try it for myself. I always highly recommend dedicated winter tires to people (it's now the law here anyway). All the very least I tell people to get All Weather tires if they don't want to switch back and forth. More expensive than winter tires but a lot less expensive than a two sets of tires and wheels. I'm not a tire pro or anything. I just do a lot of driving in a lot of seasons.
