Need some suggestions 2007 soft top does not seal tight at the windshield. I can pull down on the top and it takes all the wind noise out but won't stay tight any suggestions would be helpfully it does tend to get very loud and not at all uncommon to get wet when it's raining

 

I have a 07 also and mine just started doing that on the passenger side I think I'm just going to get a new one next spring.

 

You need to swap out the plastic header for the newer metal one.

 

Header piece is bad. 2007 it was plastic, and it was later changed to metal. You can buy the replacement piece and it will fit great again, unless you have extended warranty, in which case I believe it is covered.

 

I've wondered the same thing on mine! So if you're not under warrenty, which I imagine alot of us 07 owners aren't, how much are the metal ones?

 

About 200.00 installed. Cheaper than a new top and works great.
