Top Stretching?
Okay so I took my jeep to the dealer to get the rear zipper fixed. They fix it but the rear window is so tight that you can't even put the tailgate bar into place. A couple days later the rubber that attaches the rear window to the tailgate bar is ripped from both sides (from tension what the service manager told me he even said himself it was a s*** job). I take it back to the dealer and he notices that the top on both sides is a stretched and cracked. The right side is a lot worse than the left. The black part of the top is seperated maybe a quarter of an inch on both sides and and the inner part of the top is still intact. Chrysler is trying to blame me for the top cracking. When it was clearly their fault from their "repair job" of my rear zipper. The service manager again couldn't even tuck in the tailgate bar without having to use strong force to tuck it in. Whoever was fixing my top screwed up my top even more cause even the support straps on the inside were stretched a lot loose from their rivets cause they're loose again. Now the Jeep is back at the upholstery shop getting the zipper redone Because of Chrysler. They want to refit the window and call it a day. But my top is still going to be cracked from their "repair work". And Chrysler is trying to put the top cracking on me. Their saying that it is impossible for the top to have stretched and cracked from the tension caused from the soft top. If you pushed the rear of the to down you can see the cracks stretching. The cracks are right in the middle of the door right at the rails where you tuck them into the door panels.
What should I do this is complete bull**** I take my top to get fixed and they end up doing more damage?!

File a complaint right on the Jeep website. I had a problem with my zipper also and they wanted an upholstery guy to fix it. He did multiple times but it never worked. Start with service manager...them dealership manager/owner and then goto Jeep. No dealer wants the boss watching what happens with an unhappy customer!!!
