Default Torque spare tire?

Do you torque the spare tire to 95 ft-lbs like the other wheels or just hand tighten them with a ratchet?
I don't want it to go anywhere, but I also don't want to reef on it and damage the carrier if it is weaker than the hubs.

Every service manual I've seen has specific values rather than a wide range like that, that's why I questioned you...
I wasn't trying to be a d*ck.

No problem. I also thought it was odd when I first saw it... FYI, the spec for wheel on hub is 85 - 125 Ft. Lbs.
