Default TPMS question

I know I have seen this in here before but searching through all the BS on here makes for a near impossibility to find once you read it unless it gets saved in your own posts.

I have a AEV Procal and when I get my new tires; I'm considering having the PITA pressure monitors removed and setting my threshold to zero.

Is there any issues with this?

Default No TPMS

I did this, with no issues, when I switched to new wheels and upgraded to 35's.

No lights. No dings. The system is effectively shut off. As long as you can read the guide and figure out how to set a dipswitch, there are no issues with the procal.
