Traction control! ??
My search always says server error? Can anyone help me out with a write up on how to disable traction control on an 07? Mine comes on around bends, almost got plowed into by a semi last night. Started after I put larger tires on. Thanx
Yes steering wheel is centered from what I can tell. What's weird is it seems to only be left hand bends downhill? Never happens till I got new wheels and tires.
My 2007 when I had it did the same thing after a lift and tire/wheels.
I had it aligned by a really good shop and they centered the wheel perfectly and it was fine after that.
I hope that is all you need also.

Best mod I've done was to cut the wire so the system is disabled...

The earlier JK programming was hyper sensitive. It could be a number of things.
If you haven't reprogrammed the ecu to the new tire size it believes you're going faster than you truly are when comparing individual tire speed to wheel position.
Dead center sometimes doesn't help, idk why (could be related to click spring wear). My '07 actually prefers the wheel about 3-5* to the passenger side.
Lastly, rear roll center. The computer uses an accelerometer in the center console. Too much body roll (combined with the above problems) could be triggering it. Raising the rear axle trackbar bracket will reduce body roll by raising the rear roll center. I have seen it help in some cases where the ESP is freaking out over nothing, and helps handling overall.
