Anyone here replaced the front output seal on their JKU transfer case? NP241 I think. I have the seal and know how to get things apart, but wondering about installing the new seal. Is there a good seal driver that should be used?

I recall Ian Johnson, Big Tire Garage, rebuillding transfer cases on several shows.. If you have a good relationship with a dealership the factory most likely required them to purchase a special tool kit - probably by Miller Tools. Maybe you could borrow or even rent for a week.
