Default Transmission??!? Help

Ok so I've had my jeep for a while, it's a 2007 x 2 dr with a 6 speed manual. I just have the clutch replaces last week. But I still have a ticking or a plate vibrate sound coming from under the jeep? Haven't taken it in to get it looked a yet, thought you guys might have an input

I too have a slight ticking but it doesn't get very loud and the only time you can even remotely hear it is after I've driven the Jeep pretty far.
I have it vibrate a lot also when I'm going slow in 2nd or starting off from a dead stop it will make a rattling sound.

I brought it into the dealership but they couldn't really hear anything for the ticking and I didn't even mention the clutch because I thought that was normal.

I also have a 2 door manual 6 speed 2008 though.

Sorry not clutch but the vibrating sound (which I thought was where the sound came from)

i do not know this first hand but i have heard that the plastic tip on the slave cylinder that pushes into the transmission can come loose.

The black tip on the end gets wedged out of place and can make the ticking sound.

I guess its a start.

I wonder if that's something that can just be pulled out real quick for inspection or do I have to split apart the whole transmission where the clutch is? Ewwwwww

There is no slave cylinder on the jk clutch system. Ateast that's my impression. I just had mine replaced last week...so it's not the clutch making the "rattling" noise. My buddy said it might be my u-joints on my drive shaft. Gonna lube them up after work today and see where that gets me?
