I'm hoping the dealer looks at whatever its diagnostic computer tells it to look into. If they're trying to find the problems on their own, it's never going to get solved.
At any rate, I was just wondering if anyone else was having similar issues, or I'm the unlucky one with a POS.

The symbol under the "P" is the Malfunction Indicator Light. It's a miniature engine:

Description from owners manual (2008 and 2009):
This light is a part of an Onboard Diagnostic
System called OBD II that monitors engine, and
automatic transmission control systems. The light
will illuminate when the ignition is in the ON position
before engine start. If the bulb does not come on when
turning the key from OFF to ON, have the condition
checked promptly.

Well, at least now I know what the shape of the light is supposed to be. And it monitors engine malfunction ... and transmission control.

Anyway, apparently the welder didn't get a good seal when he welded the exhaust to the cat. We'll see what happens when the light goes on again next week.

My g/f calls it the fishy light. One day she called me and said "the fishy light is lit up" I was like WTF??? She said "It looks like a little fish with a line on the top and a line in front of him." I was like WTF is that??? I looked at it when she got home and it was the miniature engine shape for the check engine light. LMAO!!! I guess when you drie a honda you don't see many check engine lights.
