Default Tree Sap on Soft Top

I noticed I have a few drops or spots on top of the roof. Just curious whats the best way to go about getting it off?

sap is a tough one. i would clean the top with bestop cleaner. then follow it with their protectant. both avaliable thru quadratec. one of the sponsors. i did my top with both this weekend. turned out like new.

soft top cleaner... dont use sap remover, its reeeeally bad.. dunno if it eats through a jeep soft top, but it seriously jacked up my bmws top.

that 80$ ezup tent from walmart works wonders if you have a driveway to fit it in.

Use warm water and standard car wash soap, comes right off. I have done this many times.

I use Turtle Wax Bug & Tar and tree sap remover.
So far it has not been rough on the soft top. I even once used it on the plastic windows when they had sap.

X2 on the really hot water with soap and may have to scrub a little more with a wash mitt....but it will come out and will not trash your softop.

wet a paper towel with water and let it sit on the sap for a while it will come off easier
