Default Trouble on replacing the clutch slave cylinder...

Hi folks!

Replacing the clutch slave cylinder because it was leaking, at the moment of taking off the slave cylinder from the clutch housing the plastic tip of the rubber falls into the housing... is there any way to taking out from the housing? it would be any problem if I left it inside and install the new slave cylinder?

Another question is...I assume the oil is always into the cylinder or it could be INTO the rubber too?

Thanks in advance for any help
