Default Got mine replaced

So I scheduled it with my dealer, and he needed a day to diagnose and figure out what parts are needed. After that he needed it for another day to install. He could have done it while I waited, but it just did not fit my schedule. So far so good.

I have an appointment Friday to take my 2012 JKU in for this. I am only about 700 miles away from my 36,000 mile warranty expiring so I figured I should get it taken care of. Hopefully the person doing the work has more knowledge than the person who took my call. She had absolutely no idea what I was trying to tell her. I even gave her the SB number which did not seem to help.
