Turn off lights
There are two ways -
- If the Jeep has U-connect, which includes the EVIC system, it can be done from the steering wheel buttons and the dashboard menu. An EVIC equipped model has 4 buttons on the left side of the steering wheel.
- Without EVIC it must be done by the dealer.
That's "turn off flash when lock". That procedure works. Mine no longer flashes.
I think the OP wants it so the headlights don't come on for a long period when he unlocks the doors.
OP,
If you just want to turn off the lights once they come on, turn the switch to on, then off. The lights will go out.
If you want to turn off the feature, I think you are out of luck. I tried to get the dealer to do it, even gave them the steps, including setting the time to zero. They could not get it done.
