Default Upper window storage for JK while driving?

So I've been just laying my upper windows in the back (took out the back seat completely) but now that the weather is getting warmer I finally wanna take this top down. Only thing is I don't wanna worry about my two uppers flying out the back or getting damaged from whatever else. Was wondering if anyone had any storage ideas that they use? I was looking at the Mopar half door storage bag but that seems to be built specifically for the JKU. Though I don't see any real issue with just using it for a 2 door. Though I can't find any pictures of the backside to see if it has any kind of loops or latches on it that I could figure out a way to tie it down to the trunk.

I took a full loop bungee cord and wrapped it around the rear seat headrests so I put the uppers upside down flat against the back of the seat and pull the bungee cord over the metal posts. Also works if you take the lowers off and stretch the bungee over the post sleeves on the lowers. Have that setup on two rigs. Works like a charm.

Crap I was talking about that having full soft doors. Sounds like you have half hard doors.

I have a freedom top storage case for the two panels. I plan to try that with my soft door uppers. With two uppers in that bag, it will be too heavy to blow out.
