Vent Hose

While changing out the tail lights on my 2015 JKU Rubicon I saw a vent tube on the passenger side. Is this for the rear diff?

yes, that is where most people will extend the rear axle vent hose to. you should see the hose starting from a nipple on top of the axle tube just to the passenger side of the diff.
