Default Vibrating or Rattling type noise at 1500 rpm?

Just curious if anyone else experiences a vibrating or rattling type noise between 1200-1500 rpm? I can't really explain it but on my 2013 JK it seems like the noise is coming from somewhere between the gear shifters and air vents but I can't really tell.

Thanks!!

There's a grommet suspending the intermediate steering shaft that's visible in the engine compartment that sometimes gets loose and causes a buzz or whine. Its probably worth checking out. This thread discusses it:

Mine has a buzz/rattle noise also. It's my transfer case shifter. Once it starts buzzing grab the transfer case shifter and see of it does anything. Mine is a 2013 also.

...or it might be an exhaust heat shield. Have someone rev to 1500 RPM while you put a broom handle against each one to check.
