Mine only does this when I'm trying to squeeze a little more in once it auto shuts off. Now that I know this I don't do it. When it shuts off I'm done.

its a common issue on JK's, some have had luck with getting the tank and all the stuff replaced, others not so much.

I had that happen once, figured out I did not have the pump head in all the way.

Good to hear someone is going to help you out.

I haven't had this happen yet...hopefully it doesn't. Does it just randomly start? Or does it happen from day one?

Unfortunately in my experience it can start at any time. I never had a single problem in the first 3 years of owning my JK. Out of the blue the last 2 times I have filled up with gas (at the same station mind you) it has puked somewhere between a cup and a quart of gas. I am hoping that it is a problem unique to the one gas station I've stopped at the last two times. I'll find out next time I fill up (and update the thread if I remember).
