I have a 2012 JK and have some intermittent starting problems when I am out wheeling. OK this what happens, I will crank the engine and it will kind of sputter and die. I crank it again and it will start with no problems. I don't get a check engine light. I have only had this problem for the last couple of time I have taken it off road. On normal day to day driving I have never had this problem. I thinking it might be some type of vapor locking issue when starting and stopping while out on the trail. Dose any body else have the same problem?

 

Yup just noticed it this weekend. It only seems to do it when I turn it off while in 4lo.
