Default Water leak once again

Hi everyone, just want to express my misfortune with my 2011 4dr JK.
Have had it since July and have been to the dealer 11times for water leaks. 6 times to fix the passenger side leak and 5 times to fix water coming in the rear hatch window.

Im stump as to what to do. Dealer has adjusted, tweaked and replaced everything except the hardtop itself, it just keeps leaking.
Everytime i call them now, they seem surprised to hear that i still.have the leak. Im in Canada so i dont we have any lemon law policy..

Ive owned both a YJ and a TJ, been loyal to Jeep, but i am ready to change. A buy back would be ideal since it doesnt seem like the dealer can do anything to fix my prob. Yes im in Canada and it might be a strugle, but theres no way im paying close to 35k for a car that leaks... Did u deal with the dealer for the buyback?

nope,,, i didnt deal with the dealer at all except for them to try and fix my problem. i wouldnt even tell them that you are filing a claim, once you file a claim they will have you most likely bring it in one more time to make sure, then they will move forward. i would not advise the deal of anything of a buy back, if they are a nice dealer like mine then i would talk to them about it . but if they suck ,, then no.. here is the number to call to start ur claim,, say vehicle complains is the section you want, be nice,, but be very firm

So jeep wants me to bring the Jeep for service once more at the dealers... Dealer said that they will change the seal and adjust the glass... They have already changed the seal twice and adjusted the glass on three different occsions... Guess ill wait until after the work is done to see what happens.

Had the same passenger side leak on my 2011 JK. Had it to the dealer three times without success until the fourth try. The "leak specialist" (ha) put a very small crease in the metal near the passenger side door sill. The area of the metal where the seal presses against. Seemed like a low tech solution but so far it's been dry through the heaviest storms. I wondered if anybody else heard of this fix? These pictures are from drivers side but they did the same thing to both sides.
