Default Water sounds from heater core....

Noticeable when you first start the JK up. You hear water rushing into the heater core box. Never heard it on my 2012. I thought it would go away once i started using the heater, but it has not. Sounds like i have an sir bubble in there.
Anyone have this noise or know how to fix ut?

Brought my 2012 In for this problem and they took apart my dash to replace my heater core. Still makes this sound and now my steering wheel has a large center deadspot when driving. I don't know if thats related. Also something is now rattling behind the dash. Back to the dealer...

On my 08 they had to burp the system by taking the radiator cap off starting the Jeep and let it run for a while

Is there a TSB on this problem? If so, do you have the number?
