Default Weak startup

So when in the morning or after an 8 hour shift, when I crank up
My jeep it seems to be a weak start. It turns over the first time but seems it takes a lil longer to start up. If I shut it off and crank it up a sec later starts blink of an eye. Not sure what it could be just noticed it a couple weeks ago. Had the battery tested and tested the alternator, looked fine. Looked online can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Any clues sugeestions haven't done anything recently except change the oil to 5w30 bout 3 weeks ago. Just wanna nip it in the butt.

Bad gas mixture from your last fill up? How long has this been happening? Any codes popping up?

Maybe a bad fuel pump or sending unit. Once it's been started, shut off and started again its already charged per say..

For exact voltage checked this morning 12.69 not running, running sits at 14.8-14.15 so can't be the battery or the alternator.

When you say weak starting are you talking about the engine turning over or it takes so while to start? I am assuming turning over so this is just based off what you are describing. When you say that the battery and alternator tests good are you talking bench test our load tested in the jeep? Just because you have voltage does not mean squat unless it has a load. If the battery terminals, cables, or connections are loose or corroded you will still get good voltage. The system just will not be able to carry a load, electricity is funny like that.

Have you checked fuel pressure yet? Sounds like a good next step if you haven't done so already.
