Default Weird noises coming from beneath?

I just started getting some really weird noises coming from the clutch or tranny area. I can't really tell because it only makes noises when driving. It's a 2007, manual, w/ 52k miles. When I come to a stop, the noises completely stop. Here's the two things I'm hearing:

1) As I start to accelerrate, I am hearing a squeeking noise and noticed it will go away when I engage the clutch. Figured this is related to the clutch, but wasn't sure what that might indicate. It is somewhat audible at a stoplight, but intermittent.

2) As I start to start to coast or brake, I am hearing a very loud dragging/squeeking noise. At first I thought it might be brake pads, but it is happening whether or not brakes are being applied. This one is really loud, but if I'm at a stoplight it doesn't make a peep. At first is was intermittent and would start if I hit a bump or something, but the last couple days it has been as soon as I start the Jeep and get going.

Haven't had a chance to get it to the dealer yet and I'm way out of warranty, so I'm hoping it's something simple. Anyone experienced anything like this?

No, I dont mess with mud and water unless by accident. I checked the recalls for my VIN# on Jeep.com but it's only showing a recall for fender liner. I might use that as an excuse to get the Jeep into the dealership and they'll at least hear the noise and maybe check it out.
