what are the extra straps for?

what are the extra straps for?
I have a 4dr soft top. I use the 2 velcro straps to hold down the top when its folded back. But I'm trying to figure out what the 2 straps with the grommet snaps are for. I looked thru the manual and didn't find anything about it. Does anyone use them for a special purpose?
