Default What is leaking in this picture?

I'm still learning what's what underneath the front of my Jeep: Can anyone help me identify what component is leaking this dark, liquidy oil?

I've had the front passenger axle seal replaced, twice, since I've had this Jeep (both times under warranty, back when I had one). Is that it again?

OR is it my ball joint--- a possible cause for my still unresolved stock death wobble?

OR is it something else?

Please help if you can! Thanks

Can you trace the oil. When was the last time you changed your oil? It looks a little far forward but check the drain plug on your oil to make sure it is tight.

Give us some more pictures further up from underneath in that same area, then from up top under hood area taking a picture of that same area just from the top side if that makes since.

More than likely an axle seal but like Jerrod said, get us a pic further back to see the whole front axle or at least half the axle.
