Was looking at some steel black rock series 997 wheels, and I have a stock 2011 JKU wondering what length of back spacing to get????

My Black Rock 909's had 4.5" backspacing. Works well with my 33's. Just a little bit sticking out from the stock fenders. No issues with rubbing.

I've got AEV Savegre with 285/75R17 and they are even with the edge of the fender. They are 5.2" backspace.

I think the AEV's 5.2" back spacing looks perfect with those size tire in either the pintlers or the savegres . I am running raceline raptors with 4.5" backspacing with 265/75's and they stick out too much for me.

If you plan on installing a lift later on, you might think about going with a 4.5" back space so you don't have to buy wheels again.
