Default What RPM range should I be shifting?

I have a '09 JKX with a 6-speed. What's the optimal RPM shift point for best MPG? I'm getting a little under 15 MPG around town and feel that I might be lugging the motor since my previous vehicle was a diesel (old habits).

What rpm are you shifting at? I shift at 2500 don't really drive city its more of a mix mostly interstate.
I drive just under 40 miles a day I get any where from 19MPG to 22 MPG depending on how late I'm running

I'm shifting short of 2,500 RPM. More like 2,250 RPM. I was first shifting at 2K when I first got the JK.

Runnig 32s and 3.21s I shift anywhere from 2250 to 2500 as most have said and get around 20mpg, however there are times when it hits 3000 and then it goes downhill from there.
