Default What size tires can I put on stock jeep

I have a jk with 255 75 17 tires looking to upgrade, was thinking about goodyear duratrax but not made in size. What is the biggest size I can get them in(heard 33's) but I want to know like 280 80 17 size format without lift kit, spacers or rubbing?

I've heard you could do a 285/70-17 without a lift or issues.

I ran 285x70x17 BFG A/T on my Jeep when it was stock with no problems except they would rub when I turned all the way left...kind of weird thing I guess maybe it was just that set of of tires
