No one ever uses them. People say they scratch the windows.
I do....and yes they do! ...scratch that is. Actually they scratched the window the very first time I used them!

I use them as well! No big deal to me if they get messed up. It is only plastic!

I don't bother using those snap straps to roll up the rear window anymore. Besides scratching the window when it's rolled up...the window ends up hanging to low anyway. I just unzip the rear window and let it flop down into the cargo area if I don't take it out altogether. The other Velcro straps you're referring to are used to wrap around the soft top bows when in Sunrider mode or you can use them to anchor the soft top bows to the body (hardtop mounting holes) when top is all the way down.

The velcro ones are for your sun rider top or whatever it's called. When your soft top is on and the first half is folded back you can use the velcro straps to wrap the frame of the soft top to the roll bar to eliminate it from flapping around.

I have seen a soft case in Quadratec(I think) that you can put all three windows in and roll it-them up to store in the cargo area when they are not needed. Question ...has any one tried this or made there own? In the mountains it's 35 in the morning and 75 in the afternoon so I am very interested in something like this case but I'm not spending 65$ on one. I'l try making one first.
