Oh; I though it was the reservoir for the muffler fluid (you only need half the amount of the new synthetic muffler fluid, which is why the reservoir is so small)? The JKs have the new sealed-unit muffler bearings with plastic inserts (same as the ball joints) that don't need greasing as far as I know, though I could be wrong.
