I've read about welding washers on. I currently don't have a welder and would be a novice even if I did. If I got someone else to do it, what specific washers & bolts would I need to get?

What would the dealership do to repair?

Any other fixes that don't require welding?

 

How did this happen? Trac bar bolts not tight enough?? DW?

 

Was discovered as part of a DW diagnosis.

Any permanent fix will involve welding. JKS braces seem to be the best solutions. They're not very expensive and could be welded up pretty cheap. Check Northridge.
