Default Wheel bind wheel turning right.

I'm having problems with a wheel bind noise when turning right on dry pavement. It sounds just like I have it in 4wheel drive, but I don't. We were in Moab and Oury doing some of the easy 4wheel drive roads two weeks ago, then drove back to Illinois with no problems. Had my oil changed and tires rotated and now heading to Gulf Shores Al. And now hearing the noise when I turn into a tight parking space. Any ideas? Thanks Mark57

They seem ok. Being from Illinois I have used the 4wheel drive very little except in snow. About 77,000 miles on the jeep

77k miles on a '16 is not very much to have a u-joint issue, but that does sound like the obvious culprit. You need more diagnosis and we need more info. If this was my jeep, I'd be standing outside close to the tire listening and observing as I had someone steering and replicating the sound at a crawl. You can't diagnose a bad u-joint very well with just a visual inspection unless it's something egregious like the cap is missing.

Ok thanks, I'm about 900 miles from home. Going to go to the local dealership and get it on a lift Monday. Also had traction light come on twice. Both times as I was getting on the interstate ramp. First time it cleared right away the next time I had to press the traction control button to shut it off so I could speed up to merge into traffic. Checked my codes when I stopped but it didn't show any.
