Wheel Offset Help Please.
I'm still struggling with offset. (Ok, another newbie with offset issues.) I just picked up a 2012 Wrangler Sport with the stock 5 spoke Rubicon rims, tire size is LT255 75R 17. I want to put on new black XD Crank rims 17" with an offset of 0. I want to use the stock tires for now. How much further out will this offset put my tires? Will they stick out past the fender flares?

:confused:Thanks.

Your factory wheels are 7.5" wide with +51 offset, making back spacing 6.25".
The XD's are 9" wide with 0 offset, making the back spacing 5".
So if I'm correct, +1.25 less back spacing added to +1.5" wider wheel = 2.75" more wheel sticking out.
Here's the wheel/tire calculator I use: ht tp://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp
