Sportman,
I see you are from Abu Dhabi. Have you tried the Jeep dealer on Sheikh Zayed Rd in Dubai? They might have what you are looking for. I find it hard to believe that an official Jeep dealer/importer would not take better care of a customer.
The only alternative I can think of is for you ask any friends who may be going to the US to buy them for you and hand carry back.
