Drilled holes for the 4 bolts and covered up the silly looking Expedition One cutouts in the bumper.. Used very thin rubber/foam with adhesive between bumper and license plate to keep it from vibrating/scratching the bumpers powder coat.

If you have a winch, get the d size mag light holders from ace, a peace of wood or metal. Screw them all together, and they clip on your winch rollers like a charm.

just bought my '13 sahara and could not bring myself to drill into the face of the bumper quite yet ( Ohio HP are real picky too)... used a mounting plate from local auto parts store and a piece of ss angle... also used a bit of 2 sided tape for the top to prevent movement and is completely reversible if need be

I tied mine to the hawse fairlead with some paracord. It swings freely and have not lost it yet, since 2009.

I cut mine to fit between the fog lights on my LOD Armorlite. THen again, I ran my Corvette for 5 yrs without a front plate and never got stopped. Until Hurricane Sandy swamped it.
