Default where to do proper alignment ?

I am planing to get a set of good on/off road tires, the Wrangler SR A comes with the Jeep even hydroplane on wet road.
so, I went to the Costco and I noticed that they can do alignment when installing tires.

question is, should I let them do the alignment or should I find a dealer to do it?
Is the 4X4 a special system so that costco cannot do a good job?

You can do it in your driveway for free. The only adjustment you can make is toe. And you can do that with a tape measure and a wrench.
