Who is Fastest???
I went from full hard top and doors on to completely topless and doorless in 6 mins and 11 seconds by myself. (Torx screws were already out of the doors) Can anyone beat that time?
after unbolting the six torx screws and taking out the electric/washer connections, I had tail gate open, rear seat folded forward, sat down and pushed up over my head until I found the balance point, btw, I keep the glass open...
Then It is just a matter of sliding forward on ur butt until your legs go over the rear bumper and you stand up, top over your head, angle it out to the right, and let the roll cage guide the top off so the spare tire doesn't get in the way.
I had a folding table set up in my garage pulled away from the wall so that I could set it on there without having to bend all the way down and away from the wall so I could close the glass before sliding it against the wall.

Yow! I wouldn't even dare try to do that with speed. Have you checked the price of spare parts? Friend of mine broke the rear window mishandling his top during removal and it cost him a cool $800 for the new glass!

Lol, I'm not rushing through half-cocked, just be smooth! I learned to be smooth cuz the very first time I took that big thing off, I scratched the paint a little on the tail gate and chipped the black off of the hard top in the back corners... A black permanent marker took care of the hard top, and the scratches are behind the spare, but I learned my lesson!
