I've taking it to the same dealer numerous times for the same problem since I first bought it so they have it on file. A new dealer could say oh you lifted it that's why it's making that noise. or is it all in the same data base?

Well i dont know how much noise are we talking about here, but to a certain level it's very normal to hear noises coming from everywhere in the JK while off-pavement, believe me you will know the difference between the sound of something breaking or something just squeaking while the Jeep is shaking on uneven roads.
I got used to all these noises and squeaks, I believe it's a Jeep thing!!

The diesel noise sounds like a diesel truck at idle. Thats the best way I can describe it. I'm on my way to jeepersden now might buy some wheel spacers. Maybe that will get rid of the other clicking noise..

Have you gone over everything to make sure that things are torqued down correctly?

And I'd take it to another mechanic (<---notice I said "mechanic," NOT back to the dealer) The last dealer I took my Jeep to had no clue on how to take the damn skidplates off! So if you're not comfortable handling a wrench under there yourself, find out a reputable shop in your area and take it there.

If its only happening in the sand it sounds like it might be wheel hop that you are experiencing. Mine did that with the factory SRAs and the BFG Mud Terrains that are on it now. Try airing down the tires when off road or in the sand, worked for me.

Last time I was out I dropped to 15 psi, but that was on Rubi take off BFGs (32"). Not sure with 35s... yet but I am sure someone will chime in.
